We came with a large group of us and the whole team have been very accommodating. Nikki led the service for the table and she was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better meal. Food was top notch too.

Came for my birthday meal with my 2 sons, food was excellent!!! Daisy our waitress was friendly and service was excellent from her and the on duty manager a lady with blonde hair. Thankyou.

Great service from our waitress cora, she was helpful, polite and attentive. Food was a 10 out of 10. Main meal was ready straight after our starters. And for those of us doing dry Jan they have a few 0% options to choose from. Will definitely be going back. The only reason I gave the atmosphere a 3 is because we went in at 1300 and it was quiet
The food was delicious and the servers were lovely! I had the spinach and ricotta cannelloni, and my friend had the gluten free lentil ragu. They were really good with my friend’s allergy, without making it a big deal and making her feel uncomfortable. The only problem with the evening was that the service was a bit slow and it took a while to flag someone down to get our bill, this might have been because it was a Friday evening though.
We went for BELLA DAY! I was concerned that it may be really busy and the quality of the service and food would be affected but it wasn’t at all! This was my first experience at Bella Italia and it was lovely! Food was delicious, the pizza was really nice and chewy and the sauce on the prawn pasta was amazing. I wasn’t too keen on the tiramisu as I think they’ve used sponge cake instead of lady fingers and there wasn’t a very strong coffee flavour but other than that great! Staff were very attentive and lovely. Although I could tell it was kind of busy I think they staggered bookings very well so they were not overwhelmed, the staff were very collected and calm definitely credit to them and their manager
The two waitresses (Eve and Jordan) were so nice and polite to the entire party. Even when an error occurred (Non-diet given rather than diet) they made so issues with changing it. The entire meal was lovely and very delicious. The outting was for my birthday and they were extremely nice with bringing out the cake my friends brought as well as singing. Once the meal was over, they were completely lovely about splitting the bill unevenly. Lastly due to the size of the cake, we had some spare and were so happy about being given the last of the cake. Overall it was an amazing meal and experience despite being unknowingly ambushed with the cake that my friends organised.
We came in as a family of 5. 3 adults and 2 children, attended to straight away and seated, gave time to order drinks and didn't feel pressured. Our servers were Nic & Sophie both wearing warming smiles throughout our stay and making sure we had everything we needed. Food was lovely, we didn't need to wait long between starters and mains, kids obviously had desserts and again this was met with a smile and good interaction with the kids as they picked their ice cream. We will certainly be back and thankyou for making sure our stay was 10/10.
